I think they did a great job of keeping the previous look for my readers while giving it a more epic feel, and it definitely stands out as the new version.

Interesting. Did they use the same artist or did you own the artwork and they tweaked it in-house? I’m not quite as keen on the blue tone as opposed to red flush in the original but still a good cover. Mind you the cover for book 2 really rocks…

It wasn’t original artwork, only photo manipulation/blending. Stock image usage had to be sorted out but that’s it. I think the original was a bit dark, too grey – but I did like the red stain bleeding onto the title. This blue is a lot brighter and more epic.
Yep the Blood of Innocents cover is really good! We’ll see what the HV team come up with for that one :)
